Poem By Elcypher: AMOBI (Verse 1 ‘I’)

AMOBI (Verse 1 ‘I’)

How much dost the death worth
That, he requested none of
Of your bountiful bonds of
Treasures, but laid his hands
On the desk of your soul?

How cruel he dragged you forth
Not the elephantine
Iroko tree brooking
A fore your dove,
Ah! Upon the temple of your tender
Heart planted his fangs

How dreadful you make us
( Fear )
To dream and sight -see
What bequests your way
For death has turned you
Into a strange nightmare
Elcypher.
