Verse 005

All against our human wishes
Farther than the canopied clouds
And, shallower than the grassy earth
Fair fancy, we live; gods sans doubts.

Watching men make misery the wheel
Of fate through living while striving
To beat perfection, yet sink more
In depression of losing hope.

Judge we the scenes of their folly
Or, pity dose need we render?
For, yonder our might lies their fate
Even ours, though we've seen us true.
