```Mirage(Beauty).
To the enamored self(me),
I say:
It is naught but a mirage
For the eyes; what's mirrored,
Seen, thus, conceived for the mind.
A'first* hold in disbelief,
To make me see, no illusory sight
Deep to the hollow cave of your skin,
beyond the furry pores.
I contend it's laden in the eyes,
That a beholder holds still
in conscious grace of her gaze.
Know I*,
It is this—dreamy sight
That holds the outer mind
still in remembrance, such
A joy to plead more for*.
I am a bestowed
onlooker, in admiration's sake,
unconscious of the cosmic
rays,
Till in misty eyes acquaint'd such grace.
Let me in ignorance bloom,
spare no tongue* unwagg'd*
For wit bespeaks not this
unsavor'd mystery.
Oh,
That i might want to wonder,
when you walk, the steams may
in steady gait rise to pride my eyes
Thus, to bid a second look—a vision?
Beauty may once blind to see again,
But hold me 'fast to stead' the in-sight of your mirage—beauty.```
*A'first—at first.
*Know I — I know.
*plead more for— plead for more.
* spare no tongue unwagg'd— spare no word untold/unspoken
*unsavor'd mystery —mystery yet to unfold.
*fast to stead— Hold me steadfast/fast.
*Dedicated to Taofiqat.*
